It truly is comforting. I first followed directions and heated it up for 20 seconds, but soon discovered I needed to raise the temperature a bit. It is very easy to heat in the microwave. My eyes are dry and tire easily between eye drops. This mask is really a soothing experience.

I prefer this to the other types I have had. It has a removable cover that can be washed and is filled with buckwheat. Those 2 things make it unique among eye masks. It's also very comfortable. I heat it in the microwave and use it on my eyes for 10 minutes twice a day.
